Essence of Events Decor Partners - Wedding Wednesday

Last week we featured an event Essence of Events, LLC participated in, instead of a wedding on Wedding Wednesdays. This week we are going to do the same thing, and as you’ll see from the photos below, we had a little help from two of our preferred vendors.

Trendy Event Rentals and AA Party Rentals are two of the wonderful rental companies that Essence of Events has the pleasure of working with for our weddings and events, and this particular time was no different.

Check out our décor and design work, and how with the supplies we got from these two companies, we put them together to make this coral and navy blue style scheme work flawlessly.

In this view of the tablescape, you can see the way Essence of Events has set and laid out the table to perfection. AA Party Rentals provided the goblets, and Trendy Event Rentals supplied the chargers, vases, and table linens which include the satin napkins, table cloths, and chair sashes.

These vases, which Essence of Events got from Trendy Event Rentals, are filled with water beads to add a new dimension to the floral arrangements. Essence of Events, LLC always finds innovative, different, and unique ways to add flair and elegance to your day.

In this shot you can see the creative way the Essence of Events has used the chargers, furnished by Trendy Event Rentals, and customized name cards to create a striking place setting. At Essence of Events, LLC we aim to blend your distinctive style with personalized touches to create one-of-a-kind events.

AA Party Rental’s goblets host the beautiful coral napkins by Trendy Event Rentals. There is a flowing theme of floral and roses throughout this tablescape, which is mimicked from the flowers, to this napkin design, and the flower bow tied into the chair sash.

The chairs are provided by AA Party Rentals and are just one of the many, many options that they have available to rent for weddings and events. Venue Tour - Snapshot Sunday

Just a few Sunday’s ago, we had the pleasure of visiting a wonderful wedding venue while we were touring potential sites for the business and clients. We were so impressed by this gorgeous wedding site that we just had to share it with all of you.

Rock Creek Gardens is a twenty acre estate that features a barn, and expansive green lawns that both provide lovely areas to host your wedding. The lawns have koi ponds, creeks, waterfalls, and landscaping inspired by English gardens.

There is a pergola which would provide a wonderful archway to decorate for your alter, and endless photo opportunities. The greens also play host to a permanent tent with dramatic and elegant draping to host your reception.

At Essence of Events, LLC, we just loved this venue tour so much, and thought that both the facility and their vendors did such a spectacular job, that we wanted to share. Take a look at the photos we took while we were there to see if this is a place where you would want to say your “I-Do’s,” host your next event, or simply have a good time with your friends and family.

Inside the barn; there is occupancy for up to 200 guests in this space which can be decorated to any taste and style that suits you.

Yum! A sweet bar set up inside the barn. All of the food was so delicious at this venue tour. The professionals that Rock Creek Garden’s work with are wonderful.

This is the tent outside. You can’t even tell that is what it is with all the gorgeous draping. We were so grateful for this lovely option, especially since it was raining. With an outdoor venue like this, having a backup option is a necessity, especially in Washington!

Even though on Wednesday’s we usually feature a wedding, for the next few weeks we are going to take this opportunity to feature some of the recent shows we have been a part of and the fabulous vendors we get the chance to work with.

At Essence of Events, LLC we love our vendors, especially our rental décor partners. They provide us with all of the items that make events beautiful and stunning. It is an absolute blast to choose which products to use, but also overwhelming, because there are so many to choose from.

In January Essence of Events participated in an event, and with the help of AA Party Rentals, our booth was crisp, fresh, and breathtaking. As it should be, after all, we chose a mint color pallet!

Our Wedding Planners at Essence of Events used a variety of décor techniques to make the table runner pop when styling this tablescape. The combination of mirrored runners, high-low height centerpieces, floating candles in pillared vases of different heights, combined with regular candles makes this table unique and different. The rhinestone elements are obvious throughout; from the napkin rings, to the pillared vases.

The typography on the menu is all in the details for the Wedding Planners at Essence of Events. We love add special touches throughout each event, including the continuation of the rhinestones.

The chavari chairs are elegant enough, but with some décor and design touches, they are transformed to fit the theme flawlessly.

For this event, AA Party Rentals provided the draping, vases, tables, chairs, glassware, silverware, and plates, which transformed a plain space into someone’s potential wedding table. Lighting and Entertainment Done Right, Your Way! - Entertainment Monday

Often times when people think of hiring some form of entertainment, whether it is a harpist, acrobatics, band, quartet, or a DJ, they forget to add the ambiance of lighting and sound effects. Jered is absolutely captivated by all the dynamics that can be involved in the production, reproduction, and capturing of sounds. He loves anything audio, so much so he started his career just out of high school!
