When a service is purchased online the Terms of Agreement between Essence of Events, LLC and "buyer" are as follows:

In this agreement the "buyer" of services online shall be referred to as "Client".

1.Services to begin on date of payment approval. Essence of Events, LLC will provide services purchased as stated on Purchase Confirmation.

2.) PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES. The “Client” agrees to the manner in which the Services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked by the “Consultant” shall be determined by Essence of Events, LLC and not by the “Client”.

3.) CHANGE/CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS. If the “Client” requests “Postponement” or “Change of Date” of the event, every effort will be made by Essence of Events, LLC to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and the Wedding Coordinator support to the new date. The “Client” agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the “Client”. There may be further understanding that last minute changes can impact quality of the event and that Essence of Events, LLC is not responsible for these compromises in quality or expense.

In the event Essence of Events, LLC is unavailable to provide services due to “Client” “Postponement” or “Date Change”, then Essence of Events, LLC is released from all contract obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. The “Client” also forfeits all costs including but not limited to any deposits, payments, fees and taxes for non-compliance with this agreement. No refunds will be given for any deposits & payments.

Essence of Events, LLC will always do its best to find the top suppliers wherever the event location is, but will not be held responsible for any supplier/service provider’s performance, product, or availability.

Cancellation by the “Client”: In the event of a cancellation, refunds are limited to unearned fees subject to Essence of Events, LLC discretion. Any Deposits, payments up to notice of cancellation, fees and taxes will be non-refundable. Any earned fees will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation.

Cancellation by Essence of Events, LLC: Should Essence of Events, LLC be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of the event, due to the Consultant illness or hospitalization, we will do our best to find a substitute Consultant. In the event another Consultant is not available we will refund any unearned fees.

Essence of Events, LLC is not responsible for any events preventing the event to happen, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.

4.) “CLIENT” RESPONSIBILITIES the “Client” is responsible for paying suppliers/vendors directly. All suppliers/vendors services contracts will be between the “Client” and the supplier/vendor.

The “Client” is responsible to pay Essence of Events, LLC as per contract. In the event payment has not been received within two weeks of being invoiced, then Essence of Events, LLC reserves the right to cancel the contract and your event date and time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action.

“Client” agrees to provide any necessary personal information needed for Essence of Events, LLC to perform services. Any personal information will be for the sole basis of Essence of Events, LLC and Consultant to perform services to the best ability. No personal information will be given to a third party without prior verbal or written permission.

The “Client” is responsible for keeping in contact with Essence of Events, LLC throughout duration of contract and provides needed response within a reasonable period.

On the event day, the “Client” is responsible for travel expenses to be calculated depending on location, if the event venue is more than 50 miles round trip, calculated from the Consultant’s home.

Any items needed for the event must be purchased by the “Client” in advance. Essence of Events, LLC is more than happy to do the shopping, but payment will be due before any purchases are made.

5.) ESSENCE OF EVENTS, LLC RESPONSIBILITIES include: Services as agreed upon in section 1 of this agreement. The Essence of Events, LLC understand the role of an Event Coordinator and advisor. The “Client” will make all the selections of suppliers/vendors and services.

Essence of Events, LLC will use judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.

In the event of any supplier/vendor or service collection, Essence of Events, LLC may substitute a new supplier/vendor or service with or without advance notice to the “Client” at its discretion and any additional costs to be paid by the “Client”.

6.) PERMISSIONS The “Client” gives permission and shall allow Essence of Events, LLC to use any photograph of them, the event setting for viewing on our website or any promotional purposes. The Photographer’s name/website may be promoted underneath the photos at Essence of Events, LLC discretion. Essence of Events, LLC gives permission and shall allow the “Client” to use any photographs/video in which the Consultant appears.

7.) NEW PROJECT APPROVAL. The “Client” is in agreement that the Essence of Events. LLC Services will include working not only on various projects for the “Client” but also other clients. Both parties shall provide in writing prior to any changes in Contract Agreement or Services.

8.) PAYMENT/FEES

In the case of non-payment, there will be a 15% charge added to the remaining balance each month.

Returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee and Essence of Events, LLC will no longer accept checks as a form of payment.

Essence of Events, LLC accepts: Check Bank Transfer PayPal Square Cash

Convenience fees for using a Credit Card, PayPal or Square.

9.) EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT. The Essence of Events, LLC shall be entitled to reimbursement from the “Client” for, but not limited to, the following “out-of-pocket” expenses:

• Travel expenses

• Postage for Save-the-dates, Invitations, etc.

• Additional Services, (time, duties, fees, taxes, etc.)

• Products purchased strictly for the “Client” or event.

This agreement can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed upon and signed by all parties, or by the acknowledgement of email received by both parties.
